The implementation of a #CorporateSocialSelling<\/h2>\n

The implementation of a #CorporateSocialSelling strategy can not only be developed on LinkedIn, but it can also be developed on other digital and social channels available in the market, or several can be combined depending on the market in which your company operates or its territory. What is important is that the digital sales strategy of your sales force is directed by your company’s commercial management, providing a consistent response to the company’s commercial plan.<\/p>\n

How should we choose the best corporate digital sales channel? The answer to this question is easy, we should choose as the priority channel the one where our company has a higher customer density.<\/p>\n

In sectors such as agriculture or livestock, the primary digital channel used by clients in these sectors is WhatsApp, followed by LinkedIn when the companies are of a certain size and we need to contact technical staff.<\/p>\n

In sectors such as image care, wellness, and similar areas in customer acquisition processes, the priority channel for sales forces is Instagram and WhatsApp when the customer is already a buyer.<\/p>\n

Or in sectors where the client is primarily of Asian or Chinese origin, we must incorporate WeChat.<\/p>\n

The key to implementing a #Corporate Social Selling strategy on channels other than LinkedIn is that it must be developed in the same way, establishing a commercial method for the sales force that is homogeneous, systematic, and aligned with the commercial objective.<\/p>\n

Regardless of which channel is a priority for your company, in order for the sales forces to use these channels in a way that accelerates their commercial processes, we must first map the commercial processes they are developing and then establish the digital activities they should incorporate into them. As we have mentioned in other articles, we should not leave it to the discretion of each sales force member to interact with the clients assigned to them in whatever way they see fit, as their clients are still clients of the company who have been temporarily assigned to them for their development.<\/p>\n

It is also necessary to establish an editorial plan according to the channel (the content used on WhatsApp is not the same as that used on Instagram or LinkedIn) and the commercial objective, so that the salesperson can use the content prepared by the company efficiently without spending time producing it.<\/p>\n

It is necessary to establish commercial activity KPIs, like those on LinkedIn, across all digital channels used by the sales force, in order to measure their progress and redirect their activity if necessary by the commercial management.<\/p>\n
