These processes are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquisition of a new client<\/li>\n<li>Customer follow-up before winning or losing a deal<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up on the presented operations<\/li>\n<li>Increase in the use of my products by customers<\/li>\n<li>Customer loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Cross Selling<\/li>\n<li>Upselling<\/li>\n<li>Launch of a new product<\/li>\n<li>Customer retention<\/li>\n<li>Customer recovery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each company, depending on the market it targets, has one or more defined commercial processes, with their phases and performance indicators or K.P.I.s, so that its sales team can achieve its commercial objectives.<\/p>\n<p>The optimization of each phase in every commercial process increases commercial productivity and raises sales by at least 20%.<\/p>\n<p>The incorporation of LinkedIn as a tool for increasing sales and commercial acceleration, to be truly effective, requires, first of all, the alignment of the commercial activity carried out on LinkedIn with the in-person commercial processes, and secondly, the proper establishment of corporate interaction by salespeople on this social network.<\/p>\n<p>When salespeople need to incorporate business generation through LinkedIn into their sales activities, they must do so corporately and with a perfect understanding of their new commercial processes and how to act in each phase. In other words, they must work with a new commercial methodology as they are in a new commercial context.
