Optimum Sales \u2013 What does LEGO Serious Play contribute to team and professional training?<\/h2>\n

Toni Diaz, Training Manager at Optimum Sales Consulting, and Ignacio Aso, Director of Ignite Serious Play, conducted an activity to explore the possibilities that LEGO Serious Play offers in the training of teams and professional skills.<\/p>\n

Representatives from prestigious companies’ training departments joined us, including ISDIN, Fira Barcelona, SegurCaixa, Adeslas, Danone, AECOC, Stallergenes, and ESADE.<\/p>\n

Both trainers revealed the key possibilities that LEGO Serious Play offers in the training of teams and professional skills, such as:<\/p>\n

1. The creation of simple strategies for making better decisions in unpredictable future situations.
\n2. The impact on design processes, to predict the future (Real Time System \u2013 Enterprise).
\n3. The improvement in attention capacity, for better information retention.
\n4. The improvement of confidence in being proactive.
\n5. Efficient group work.
\n6. The prioritization of resources, with spatial awareness.
\n7. The improvement in the ability to generate strategic ideas.
\n8. The bounce-back in critical situations.
\n9. The acceleration in problem-solving.
\n10. The acceleration in learning for the creation of new opportunities.<\/p>\n
