Optimum Sales – The optimization of business processes using LinkedIn
All companies that have a sales team should have their business processes clearly defined.

The incorporation of LinkedIn as a tool for increasing sales and commercial acceleration, to be truly effective, requires, first of all, the alignment of the commercial activity carried out on LinkedIn with the in-person commercial processes, and secondly, the proper establishment of corporate interaction by salespeople on this social network.
When salespeople need to incorporate business generation through LinkedIn into their sales activities, they must do so corporately and with a perfect understanding of their new commercial processes and how to act in each phase. In other words, they must work with a new commercial methodology as they are in a new commercial context.
