Flipped Training (although the name in Spanish is not very accurate) is a pedagogical model that transfers the work of certain learning processes outside the classroom and uses the classroom time, along with the trainer’s experience, to facilitate and enhance other processes of knowledge acquisition and practice.

However, developing a Flipper Training is much more than editing and distributing prior content and a follow-up post-work. It is a comprehensive approach that combines in-person training with constructivist methods, increasing participants’ engagement and involvement with the course content outside the traditional in-person training space to enhance its transfer.
