If we promote care for people and train them to optimize their rest, we help enhance their cognitive abilities (memory and decision-making), as well as their overall well-being. This leads to improvements in sales results, interpersonal relationships, workplace climate, and also reduces the incidence of accidents and absenteeism.
Being productive does not only depend on a good night’s rest and following sleep hygiene guidelines, but also requires self-awareness, understanding the body’s rhythms to know how to optimize its functions at each moment.
In this workshop, attendees will learn the best way to rest and how it will positively impact their mood, productivity, and, most importantly, their sales.
